Above photos show all pipes and valves which need regular maintenance and servicing by our customer.
With a lot of footfall atop the plant room roof, which is white walling, in order to gain access to the far side pipework and valves, the walling was beginning to show signs of wear and breakage. ATC were approached to supply a long term solution for safe access.
The following photos show how we helped combat this.
ATC supplied and installed an access cat ladder and raised platform to enable easier and safer access to valves and heating pipes. We then supplied and installed a hardwearing GRP tread walkway, supported by steels, which were attached to the existing building steels for stability. This enabled safer access across the plant room roof , to maintain the far side valves and pipes.
