Our Process
Our process is simple, straightforward and pain-free. From your initial contact with ATC, we will advise, guide, assist and create whatever product you require.

Quotation
The initial step in any project is to define your requirements. After our first contact, we will collect as much information as needed to furnish you with the most precise quote, typically provided within 48-72 hours of our discussion. In some cases, we may visit you to talk about your project in detail before issuing a quote, to guarantee that we explore the best possible options. During this visit, we also take preliminary measurements to create a rough sketch to accompany your quotation.
Consultation
Upon receiving your purchase order, we will conduct a site survey to capture critical dimensions and photographs of the area. This assists our design team in preparing the General Arrangement drawing for your approval. The site visit provides an excellent opportunity for you to discuss your project in greater detail with the surveyor or to seek their expert advice. Additionally, it is the appropriate moment to determine if the project requires Building Regulations approval and to decide who will manage the application process.
Design
The information collected from the site survey is now in the hands of the Design team. Utilising CAD and SolidWorks, they bring your project to life. A General Arrangement (GA) drawing is then produced and sent to you for your review and approval.
Fabrication
After your General Arrangement (GA) drawing is approved, we proceed to submit the details for Structural Calculations if necessary. Concurrently, the production drawings are prepared for the fabrication team. Following this, we allocate the required workshop time and move towards setting a mutually agreed-upon installation date.
Installation
This marks the final phase of your project with ATC: the installation. On a pre-scheduled date, ATC's team will be on-site to construct your structure. Each team member is trained and licensed to operate any required manual handling or access equipment for the job. Upon completion, Building Regulations (where applicable) will be informed of the finished work, prompting their visit for approval and sign-off.
