Are ATC helpful? – Yes absolutely! and knowledgeable which gives us confidence in appointing the team at ATC. Our whole experience through the stages of quotation to delivery and installation has been professional, courteous and flexible around us the “customer” We are a relatively new customer to ATC so it can be a leap of faith sometimes working with a new contractor. After the first site meeting with Andy it was very apparent that the company was knowledgeable, professional and experts in what they do. We were given choices to consider and this wasn’t just “sales talk”, you delivered exactly what we asked for! During the mezzanine replacement works that we contracted to ATC, we were reassured by the advice and expertise provided, keeping us informed at all stages and doing exactly what you said you would do. Even once works were complete, documentation and signoffs were prompt! Everyone we have dealt with has been a pleasure to deal with. Andy uses his own knowledge and expertise and also actively seeks supplier input on finding solutions to our problems. We are a family run Gym and had ATC supply, deliver and install a mezzanine in 2018. We found them very helpful and professional all the way through the process, and particularly during the decision making process as to what design would best suit and what specification would be necessary taking into account proposed usage. They also arranged/organised everything from Building Regs. to forklift; and, the quote was still very competitive. Being a Gym, for safety reasons we obviously had to close while the mezzanine was being installed, but disruption was minimal as they were in and out within a week, which was impressive considering the actual size of the job and the complexity (as it involved fire protection). In fact, we were so impressed and pleased with the original work that, in 2021, we had them in again to install an extension to the original mezzanine, and that in some ways was even more impressive as you can't even see the join! The installation of the mezzanines has been a 'game changer' for the business as they have nearly doubled the amount of available floor space.

ATC were extremely helpful and worked well to our timescales and minimised the impact on the rest of our business while work was under way. The team at ATC were thoroughly professional and made you feel that you were in safe hands. Our mezzanine had to integrate closely with a lift produced by another manufacturer. ATC coordinated the design work superbly and executed this on site with precision. The mezzanine arrived and was built exactly as designed. ATC did come highly recommended and we weren’t disappointed. The mezzanine fits the space perfectly as designed. We were very impressed with ATC knowledge, and help throughout the process and was a pleasure dealing with them. We are really pleased with the end result-it has been a massive help in improving our operations.
